Making Therapy Accessible using Crime Victims Reparations (CVR): A Training for Therapists

To register: https://forms.gle/gKJBFXZh7F4uRsBw6

Do you provide therapy for survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, human trafficking, physical assault and/or gun violence?

Did you know certain crime survivors, and loved ones of victims, can qualify for up to $5000 in free therapy?

This training will teach you about the Louisiana Crime Victims Reparations (CVR) Program, who qualifies, and how to support your qualifying clients in applying for counseling reimbursement through the CVR program.

Help us build community capacity for crime survivors to access mental health treatment to support their healing journey, while you get paid a fair rate!

*To qualify for reimbursement through CVR, the survivor must be seeing a therapist who is a Louisiana licensed LCSW, LPC, psychologist or psychiatrist and in private practice (or with an org that does not receive any government funding).

This remote training is FREE and approved for 1 general CEU for social workers!
